Jurisdiction and General Points
The Terms governing your use of this Site fall within the related Quebec and Canadian jurisdiction. In its application of these Terms, Autolog Inc. is subject to the laws in force in the Province of Quebec. You therefore accept that any litigation regarding these Terms will have to be resolved in qualified courts within the jurisdiction of the Province of Quebec. The use of this Site in jurisdictions which do not recognize all these Terms (including this paragraph) is not permitted.
Should a competent authority of a recognized jurisdiction invalidate one of the conditions of the current Terms, this condition would be immediately replaced by a valid condition representing as faithfully as possible the essence of the invalidated condition, without invalidating any of the remaining conditions of these Terms.
