For over 35 years, Autolog has been offering expertise, know-how and solutions to the wood transformation industry for large corporations and/or entrepreneurs around the world.

Last Tuesday, Carbotech Group, a company which designs and manufactures machinery for the sawmill industry, announced the acquisition of Autolog effective July 6, 2021. Co-founder of Autolog, Mr. Sylvain Magnan is excited and optimistic with this new direction for both companies. “The synergy between these companies is amazing. Together, we can take our expertise to the next level and offer our customers more than ever.”

Autolog will continue to service and work with its current customers and mechanical partners from its Blainville facility. Carbotech Group’s headquarters will remain in Plessisville and its team will continue to serve customers from around the world.
